I navigated through ambiguity and helped spearhead the design framework for GoDaddy Airo. GoDaddy’s AI application supports customers while managing their online stores.

Based on my research, I managed to greatly reduce the time it took for customers to go live with their online store by introducing a setup checklist to guide customers.

I became a certified scrum master to develop my leadership skills further.
